If the eBay seller does not have any current active auctions / items,
go to that seller's feedback page .... click on Ask a Question from
that page .... eBay will show a blank bar where you will be required
to 'copy' a 'code number' (which you often have to repeat even tho
one probably has done it correctly in the first attempt).... then you
should be able to send the message .............. However, be
prepared for the fact that the seller in question CAN and MIGHT
report you to eBay for contacting (most do not).
