Someone asked me about intaglios on eBay only yesterday.
I looked later and could only see two I thought probably ok!
Some good books:
J. Boardman, Intaglios and Rings
J. Boardman, Greek Gems and Finger Rings
J. Boardman and M.-L. Vollenweider, Catalogue of the Engraved Gems
and Finger Rings. Ashmolean Museum, Oxford
J. Spier, Ancient Gems and Finger Rings. J. Paul Getty Museum
M. Henig, Classical Gems. Fitzwilliam Museum
G.M.A. Richter, Catalogue of Engraved Gems. Metropolitan Museum of
Art, New York
