Figure 1 is from Colombia, out of the Sinu - Magdalena River region. Looks like it might have a built-in whistle. Check for the narrow slot at the top of the head. If it's plugged with dirt, you can carefully remove it to open the air passage. A basic dental tool works well, a large and heavy needle will do the trick as well.
Figure 13 looks like a typical Maya greenstone celt. These were called "Tears of the Gods" and were thrown into fields as offerings to fertility deities.
