Ramon, those two items, if authentic are obviously quite valuable! I have two shabtis similar to the one depicted and the same size. If you saw a photo of them you would swear they are genuine. But I have my doubts even though they came from an ADA member.
All things being equal the the items on fleabay look good. if found to be so there will be dealers jumping on them, while keeping opinions on authenticity to themselves!
I also have a fine 4" djed column that I purchased from a local dealer and was pleased when I saw an exact duplicate at the Legion of Honor Hall in San Francisco during the British Museum renovation tour. Also found one on the Petrie Musuem site.
The items listed are either genuine or consumate works of the forgers art! I wouldn't buy them without authentication by someone I trust or be able to see them in person. Just my opinion. If the resident experts give them a thumbs down, that would reinforce my belief in buying only from top knotch dealers!!!!
If they are good, that would be a coup for the buyer, who obviously won't be me!!!!
