[Ancientartifacts] Re: Information from Dutch members gratefully received

I just want to say thanks to Brian and Jurien.

Their recommendations made my visit to Amsterdam very worthwhile.

The "Hidden Afghanistan" exhibition was excellently presented, and the
archaeological museums in Amsterdam and Leiden were extremely
instructively laid out.

I also visited Vincent Geerling of Archea, who had some nice pieces.
Vincent informed me that he was one of the original organisers of the
Brussels Antiquities Fair. He, of course, is exhibiting.

It's just down the road for you Jurien. I hope you can join Bron,
Tarquin and myself that weekend. I really believe that the more
members of this forum who can get together at BAAF, the more we'll be
able to contribute to each other.

By the way Jurien, what is your opinion of a dealer called Dick Meyer?
His shop is located at Keizersgracht 539. He has a lot of wonderful
items, but in some cases the bride appears to be a bit too beautiful.
Any opinion?

Graham R.
