Good afternoon.
After hearing the opinion of Mr. Barford, in who I rely, and adding that opinions are not libels, I would like to know how a lawyer could sue anyone for his opinions.
If anyone take the opinion of Mr. Krumbein as useful, that means that his opinion carries a weight. If no one follows him, well, no one could complain.
In short words: we see, we decide.
No one could be sued if he open our eyes......
At the end, an opinion weights the weight people give to it.
If anyone is a leader in opinion, there are arguments to say that his opinions carries a weight. And as corolary, that he probably is right.
And then....
With best wishes
Lluís
