(1) I am NOT eBay 'connected'; and am only too aware of the
frustration of getting eBay's attention in some of these situations.

(2) Recently, I WAS successful in re an egregious no-no -- using this
link.

(3) The "quotes" were eBay's message to me.

(4) Be sure and click the small 'email' link (on the 3rd ? screen),
which will eventually take you to a screen where, among other fill-
ins, there is a box to write in your explanation.

(5) FYI - I have never reported (on eBay) unless I had the info or
data to back up my position. I have found that the more specific the
info you can give, in succinct wording due to space limitations, the
better chance of action.

(6) If an 'off-eBay' sale, eBay will do nothing as best I can tell.
FWIW, the Smithsonian Mag is still running Sadigh ads.

My post was just intended as a 'FYI'; and, it worked for me.
