I don't imagine that the ADA would be involved unless a seller refused to refund a fake item.  In the case I am referring to, the seller is refunding, as I would expect from a high quality dealership (not to mention one particular very low quality dealership :-) 
 
As is often stated, any dealer can make a mistake: in this case I really don't blame the dealer at all, these fakes are just too darn good.  The buyer is a friend of mine and showed me the items.  He is also highly experienced and has a collection of some 800 Egyptian pieces and he didn't suspect anything was wrong with these.  It was the first time I had seen the typein the flesh and to be honest it wasn't until the following day that I realised myself that the ones I had been shown were the same as the ones on eBay etc.
 
For the record, neither the dealer nor the buyer are members of this group, and I don't wish to cause either of them embarassment by naming names.
