[RE][Ancientartifacts] Re: Please help

Ernie,

Let me say that I don't think you have much to worry about legally. But as everyone knows, anyone can sue anyone for anything. One of my nephews is an attorney (Harvard class of 1991). If you would like, I can discuss this matter with him. You probably already have your own attorney on retainer since you own your own business though.

My nephew works for a very large firm in the east. (He made partner after only 3 years). He would not have time to handle anything for you but could probably provide an opinion. His field of legal expertise is environmental law but there are many attorneys at his firm who specialize in business and civil law.

B.S. - Ernie is just trying to get more opinions to back up what he

already knows. Having more than one eye on the items is always a

good idea. I applaud his and Ramon's efforts on the list that are a

great help to new collectors. If the list confuse you, and you want

to buy from dealers that folks here know are selling fakes, knock

yourself out, but prudent buyers will use these list for what they

are intended. As a rule, if it looks like a duck ..........
