Excellent. Then you have no bother at all, the PAS records or NI and
Scottish TT records will have all the provenance details needed. All you
(and your client) need to know is the reference number and the full details
of who found what where are already permanently accessible, wherever in the
world those objects go.

Then you would do less damage leaving it up to those working at a "level"
that are able to do it without causing the breaking of laws.

Along with a lot of dealers and collectors perhaps? Roll on a Responsible
Collectors' Code so we can all sort the sheep from the goats.

Yes, you are indeed wrong here. Check it out why Peru did not win, its all
to do with provenance or non-provenance.
