Yerse. As for the two limestone Cycladic Idols, I don't have a lot of references but Sinclair Hood's "The Home of the Heroes: The Aegean before the Greeks", p44 "....and marble idols were brought to Crete from the islands. These idols, much admired in modern times and duly imitated for the benefit of collectors.....".

Ahem. Not limestone either. Looks like modern day copies pre-1967 (if the publication date of the reference is anything to go by).
