[Ancientartifacts] Any Egyptologist? Would appreciate knowing your thoughts on this item.

I recently made a purchase of a piece with Ramesses II cartouche.

It looks quite impressive but I have some doubts.

Not sure of the composition of the piece and would like an opinion on its authenticity.
