At least there there is a white hat list to go with the black hat one.
Although all lists are subject to dispute, so long as opinions are
given civilly and with some real knowledge - or at least some actual
experience behind them, I think this list, along with Ramon's, gives
some very concrete parameters for less knowledgeable collectors to
work within.
