[Ancientartifacts] Re: How was the BAAF

Hi Eric,

I was there, and Tarquin and Graham (from Hong Kong) with his wife
Rosemary. We bumped into Niek and his wife Dagmar but didn't see anyone
else we knew.

It was less busy than last year, generaly a lot more expensive and
fewer small things around, like scarabs or seals.

In fact I'd say prices were pretty scary! The European based dealers
seem to be pricing higher than in the UK.

I only bought a few Egyptian funerary cones as I'm writing a book about
these along with a collector in Australia.

We had a great time and it's a pity not more from here went to Brussels.

Maybe next year.

Cheers,
Bron.
