When a seller doesn't appear to have sufficient knowledge to know which way up hieroglyphs go, it does not bode well for the knowledge necessary to authenticate the artefact...

I was cruising ebay this morning and saw the following item 180247259666. It is a live auction from a good (I think) auction company.
This item does not look good to me at all and the other Egyptian items like rough also.
Does anyone with more experience have an opinion?
