Yes, John hides this in his small print - being careful not to mention it when making a sale.  I doubt this will stand up to UK consumer law and I look forward to testing it.  Why does John have 14 day return policy?  Presumably to try and get out of refunding customers when they discover that they have been sold junk.  John also rarely replies to emails from customers after he has got their money - he is bad news all round.  Don't be taken in by his affable exterior and pretence at being a respectable dealer - there's a mean-minded con-artist inside.

items discovered to be non-authentic (usually called a lifetime
guarantee)and offer a full cash refund upon return of any such item,
