Bouncing covers a wide range of conditions. Then there is 'hard' and
'soft' bouncing. Bad connections, full mail boxes, being rejected as
spam and invalid email addresses are 4 of the most common. I think you
have to look at each account (under view history) to determine what
actually happened.
It looks like, after a bounce, Yahoo will try reactivating an account 5
times before it gives up.
I just tried an experiment with my group and found that bouncing members
are included in the total. Rather stupid that.
